Additional Important Information

Deposit Policy:  

An initial deposit of $500 per reservation paid by check  is due at time of booking.  Final payment, including taxes, is due 45 days prior to arrival.  We do not offer travel insurance.

Cancellation policy:  

If a written/fax cancellation is received 46 or more days prior to arrival   (61 days during Holiday Season), a fee equal to $40.00 per person will be withheld from the initial deposit. If the cancellation is received 45 days or less prior to arrival (60 days during Holiday Season), full payment will be withheld.

Check in / Check out Times

Check in time is 4:00 P.M.
Check out time is 10:00 A.M.

Thank you for being courteous to guests preceding and following you by honoring the check in/check out times. Late departures are subject to additional night's charge unless a later checkout has been authorized by the Front Desk Manager.

Additional People

Condominium units are priced "per unit." There is no additional per person charge. Units cannot exceed the maximum occupancy as listed on this confirmation.

Special Requests

All special requests are subject to availability. We will make every attempt to honor your special requests but cannot guarantee them.

Other Provisions

We reserve the right to retain any interest earned on advanced deposits.

We make no warranties nor assume any responsibility with respect to any of the following:

1. Delays or cancellation of any public or private transportation of guest to or from home location to Steam Springs, Colorado.

2. Mechanical failure, high winds, destruction, strikes, shortages of power, acts of God, or any other condition of all or part of Steamboat Springs Ski Area.

3. Any policy or action or program of the operation of the Steamboat Ski Area or any other recreational facility in the Steamboat Springs.

4. Injury to person or damage or loss of property unless caused by negligence or willful act of omission by agents or employees of Mountain Resorts, our management company.
